We choose only the best zucchini coming from Italian and local crops. Immediately after harvest, zucchini are washed, cut and grilled. In order to preserve all their taste and nutritional properties, they are seasoned with oil and parsley.
TIPS FOR CONSUMPTION
Grilled zucchini are perfect as an appetizer or as a light side dish. They can also be used to enrich pizza and sandwiches. Ideal to cook zucchini Parmigiana. Cut into strips and and stir-fried for a few minutes, they will be an excellent condiment for pasta, too.
