DESCRIPTION
Fine seafood salad based on octopus and cuttlefish (in greater quantity than the “gran festa” seafood salad), squid, mussels and shrimp preserved in brine. The product is raedy to be consumed and can be seasoned with sunflower oil and spices.
TIPS FOR CONSUMPTION
The tasty and versatile seafood salad as an appetizer ready to be consumed as it is or to enrich pasta dishes, rice salads, spelled, barley or cous-cous. It is possible to add fresh vegetables such as celery, onion and capers. Excellent to be enjoyed together with a bean or polenta.
